Capture>Organize>Go

It starts with short interviews of some of the key members of your team. We also look at time you spend in meetings and communicating on projects. We'll get a list of your main projects, activities and initiatives that are going. Then we will configure eRealize® for you, set up your initial users and make recommendations on how to improve the way you work. The engagement culminates with a 2 hour orientation session for your team.

By the time it is complete, you will be using eRealize® to reduce the time spent in meetings and maximize positive results from your efforts.
